The Original
A blend of ancient Cilento olive varieties, Frantoio, Leccino, Salella, and Pisciottana. Balanced and persistent, it offers sweet notes with gentle bitterness and spice, and fresh hints of olive, grass, artichoke, and tomato.
Curabitur
Special House Blend is a selection of two regional cultivars, crafted as a raw, fresh olive juice. Cold-pressed below 27°C, it preserves natural flavor and healthy antioxidants, with no heat, chemicals, or solvents used.

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is the highest quality olive oil, minimally processed and essentially pure olive juice. It is obtained by mechanically pressing fresh olives, without heat, chemicals, or solvents, and with an acidity below 0.8%.Dell’Olio oils are cold-extracted within 6–24 hours of harvest, preserving nutrients, flavor, and antioxidants. Combined with Cilento’s ancient cultivars and protected terrain, this results in a sustainable and nutritionally superior oil.
